Programs that create real-world outcomes
Every program here began with the same brief a brand team everywhere faces: change what clinicians know, believe and do without a single claim that medical, legal or regulatory review would strike out. We answer that brief with content. Scientific platforms built from primary evidence, education that specialists choose to attend, and patient materials physicians trust enough to hand over in the clinic. The creative serves the science, never the other way around.
We are not a design agency that borrows science. We are a scientific partner whose content survives the scrutiny of the clinicians, reviewers and experts your brand must win over.
Obesity Awareness Initiative (MOTAPA)
A multi-city scientific movement that turned obesity from a lifestyle conversation into a clinical one.

The challenge
For any team preparing a market for anti-obesity therapy, the hardest competitor is not another brand it is the belief that obesity is a matter of willpower rather than a chronic, relapsing disease. Physicians rarely initiated the conversation; patients rarely expected treatment. Before any brand message could land, the disease itself needed scientific legitimacy.
Our approach
We built MOTAPA as a disease-first scientific platform, not a promotional campaign. Working from international guidelines and primary literature, we developed a core scientific narrative on obesity as a disease of energy regulation then carried it city to city through regional faculty who spoke to local practice realities. Every deck, toolkit and discussion guide was written to CME-grade standards, so the medicine could stand on its own in front of a specialist audience.
What we delivered
A unified scientific narrative and lexicon on obesity as a chronic disease, adopted consistently across every city and speaker.
Faculty-ready content evidence-based slide programs, case discussions and HCP toolkits that regional experts were proud to present under their own names.
A repeatable multi-city format that scaled from metros to smaller cities without diluting scientific quality.
The outcome
Physicians who attended began initiating obesity conversations in their own practice screening, staging and treating a condition many had previously only advised upon. The program built the clinical vocabulary and conviction a therapy launch needs before the first brand message is ever delivered, and the platform continues as a living property rather than a one-season campaign.
For a brand manager, this is category creation done the durable way: when the disease is taken seriously, the therapy conversation follows naturally.
Cardiometabolic CME Series
Accredited education specialists chose to attend and kept returning to.

The challenge
Specialists are drowning in education that is promotion wearing a lab coat and they can tell. For a franchise spanning cardiology, diabetes and renal medicine, the brand team needed credible scientific share-of-mind among exactly the physicians most fatigued by sponsored content, in a format medical affairs could approve without a single redline.
Our approach
We designed a true curriculum, not a lecture series: a progressive, case-based program built around the intersections of cardiovascular, metabolic and renal disease, where guidelines are newest and practice gaps are widest. Content was developed to accreditation standards, faculty were briefed and rehearsed as educators rather than presenters, and every module ended where clinicians live in the decisions of a real consultation.
What we delivered
A structured cardiometabolic curriculum sequenced across the year, so each session built on the last instead of repeating it.
Accreditation-grade modules referenced, balanced and compliant that passed medical, legal and regulatory review cleanly.
Faculty development including scientific briefing documents, speaker rehearsals and moderated Q&A frameworks.
The outcome
The series earned what sponsored education rarely gets: return attendance. Specialists came back session after session because the content respected their intelligence, and faculty began advocating for the program within their own networks. The series was renewed and extended across additional specialist networks the clearest verdict an education program can receive.
Education that clinicians seek out does more for a brand's standing than any reminder campaign and it compounds year on year.
KOL Advisory Program
Advisory boards engineered to produce strategy not minutes.

The challenge
Most advisory boards fail quietly. Experts fly in, sit through slides, offer polite observations, and the insights die in a transcript nobody operationalises. In oncology where expert time is the scarcest resource in medicine the brand team needed advisory engagements that actually moved launch and lifecycle strategy.
Our approach
We treated the advisory board as a scientific instrument. Advisors received rigorous pre-read dossiers so meeting time was spent debating, not downloading. Discussion guides were built around the brand's genuine strategic questions evidence gaps, sequencing dilemmas, positioning tensions and trained facilitation kept the room in structured argument rather than serial monologue. Afterwards, we synthesised the discussion into decision-ready outputs: insight maps, evidence-gap analyses and clear implications for the medical and brand plan.
What we delivered
Pre-read scientific dossiers that raised the level of discussion before anyone entered the room.
Structured discussion architecture question hierarchies, breakout formats and facilitation designed to surface disagreement, where the real insight lives.
Insight synthesis translated into evidence-gap maps, positioning implications and inputs to the publication and medical plan.
The outcome
Advisor input flowed directly into strategy shaping evidence-generation priorities, refining positioning and informing the publication plan instead of resting in a report. Just as valuably, the experts stayed engaged: advisors who feel their thinking was used, not harvested, become long-term scientific partners to the brand.
Your experts' hours are among the most expensive your brand buys. Content-led design is how every one of them earns its cost.
Digital Patient Education Ecosystem
Multilingual, mobile-first education patients understand and physicians trust enough to prescribe.

The challenge
Adherence is decided after the prescription is written at home, in a language the leaflet was never written in, against a feed full of confident misinformation. The brand team needed patient education that worked across literacy levels, languages and devices, and that clinicians would treat as an extension of their own consultation rather than a piece of marketing.
Our approach
We built the ecosystem on our eduself™ patient-education discipline: plain-language content written from the clinical evidence, reviewed by physicians, and then genuinely localised adapted for cultural context, diet, idiom and health beliefs, not merely translated. Everything was designed mobile-first, in the formats patients actually use: short video, voice, visual storytelling and interactive self-help tools, distributed through the clinic so the physician remained the trusted source.
What we delivered
A multilingual content library covering the disease, the treatment and daily self-management, engineered for low-bandwidth, mobile-first access.
Clinician-validated plain language scientifically accurate at every reading level, so simplicity never came at the cost of truth.
Clinic-based distribution that made the physician the channel, keeping education inside the circle of trust.
The outcome
Physicians adopted the materials as part of the consultation itself the strongest endorsement patient content can earn and reported richer, better-informed adherence conversations. Because the architecture separates science from language, the ecosystem scales to new markets at the speed of localisation rather than the cost of recreation.
The prescription starts the therapy; understanding sustains it. Patient content that respects both the science and the patient does the work your field force cannot.
